William Cromarty (15-2)

Son of William Cromarty (14-1) & Elizabeth Crowley. 

William (15-2) was born  November 8, 1887 at Curzon Street, West Hotham (Town of Hotham, County of Bourke) (Reg. No. 29314).  

Married (1) Mabel Edith Tyrrell  at All Saints Church, East St Kilda, Victoria, on September 22, 1908.(Reg. No. 5005).  

Mabel Edith Tyrrell:  Birthplace - Gympie.  Age 23.  Residence - 68 High Street Malvern (?).  

Parents - Benjamin Tyrrell (storekeeper)  & Mary Hancock. (Benjamin Tyrrell b 1839 England, married Mary Hancock b 1845 England, on 1 June 1871 in Maryborough Qld.  Five children:  Gertrude Annie, Benjamin Richard, Sophia Martha, Mabel Edith, John Henry.) Died 1944.

Five children:

Vera, born November 3, 1909. 

James, born March 28, 1911. 

Mabel Edith, born August 23, 1912. 

Irene, born November 5, 1914. 

William Edgar, born April 25, 1919. 

Married (2) Lily BROOK on May 14, 1947, St Phillip's Church, Collingwood. Parents - George Brook & Emma Margit PRINCE.  Died 1963.  No children.

William died 1st September, 1969, aged 81.
